Our Allies

The Restore Fairness campaign believes that all individuals should be entitled to basic human rights.  Unfortunately, in the aftermath of 9-11, immigrants have borne the brunt of harsh policies with  the U.S. government allowing raids and arrests without warrants, denying phone calls to lawyers, holding thousands in inhumane detention conditions, and deporting people without a fair trial.

We have an incredible list of partners and advisors for the Restore Fairness video including the American Civil Liberties Union, Amnesty International USA, The American Immigration Lawyers Association, Asian American Justice Center, The Center for Constitutional Rights, Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of LA, Fair Immigration Reform Movement, Immigration Equality, Latin American and Caribbean Community Center, National Council of La Raza, Heartland Alliance’s National Immigrant Justice Center, National Immigration Law Center, National Immigrant Project of the NLG, National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health, New York Immigration Coalition, OneAmerica, The Opportunity Agenda, Rights Working Group, South Asian Americans Leading Together, Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition, WITNESS, Women’s Refugee Commission, America’s Voice, Belden Russonello & Stewart, Migration Policy Institute and the National Immigration Forum.

This page includes an ongoing list of our current allies, all of whom have joined the movement to demand that our government uphold the human rights of all people by bringing back fairness and due process to the immigration system.

Become an Ally by signing the pledge to do what you can to restore fairness. Your actions can stop the erosion of our fundamental human rights.
